| Kang Run Pharmaceutical Co . , Ltd . , particiated in " Annual Meeting of medical association Gynecology and Obstetrics Branchof Shijiazhuang" and " CBD Forum of Gynaecology in Hebei Province On January 15, 2017, an annual academic conference on the theme "protecting the uterus and New year's actions" was held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, under the auspices of Professor Huang Xianghua, sponsored by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Shijiazhuang Medical Association of Hebei Province. Renowned domestic experts in obstetrics and gynecologyXuDabao, Yang Huixia, Chen Fei, FengLimin, Fan Ling, and more than 100 obstetrics and gynaecologists in China face to face with doctors to discuss issues related to non-pregnant uterine cavity operations and uterine dilatation during pregnancy. It presents a feast which was combined with clinical practice and which can solve clinical problems. 
In the conference, Professor XuDabao and Professor FengLimin highlighted the prominent advantages and high safety of "Lamiken-R" in hysteroscopic examination and treatment. Hysteroscopic examination and treatment using the Lamiken-R 3mm specification can rapidly expand to size 8 of the traditional metal expansion rod. Compared with traditional metal expansion rods and seaweed expansion rods, Lamiken-Ris painless, fracture-free, drug free, and rapid expansion after absorbing body fluidscompared to the traditional metal expansion rod and the algal expansion rod. Professor Fangling's presentation highlighted the application and use of Lamiken-R in the field of obstetrics to promote cervical maturation. In clinical observation, placed time was 12-24 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise after placing,the uterine cervix was scored again after taking Lamiken-R out. According to the result of the score, oxytocin or prostaglandin preparation was selected.For individual parturients it fell off by themselves, indicating the opening of the uterus. Compared with drugs, Lamiken-R could reduce vaginal parturition,uterine contraction overfrequency and postpartum hemorrhage, and does not increase the risk of maternal and fetal infection, which was same as .drug cesarean section. When Lamiken-R is used in clinic,be careful to avoid contacting with the liquid before insertion of the cervix, which causes early expansion of Lamiken-R and mak placement difficult.
