——"Jin Kang’an Pharmaceutical Expands Special Training Activities" Record

In order to improve the effective communication of the company's various departments and the team's ability to collaborate, on October 20, 2017, Jinkang’an conducted a outdoor training special training camp for all staff in the picturesque Luquan City! First of all, the coach Wang led the team to quickly establish a consistent team through a queue formation exercise! Next is the intense and interesting process of team formation: The company’s entire staff is divided into four groups and then four interesting families are formed: the Mystry Family, the Sunflower Family, the Five Goodness Family, and the Running Family. Each family has introducedtheir members and demonstrated their features.The two special training sessions in this special training event left a deep impression on everyone: the life cycle and the vitality. "The Life Cycle" is intended to achieve an event that aims to achieve the goal through the concerted efforts of all participants to find the right approach, and then strengthen their faith and never give up. When the coach asked us if we could reach the goal thousands of times, we didn’t have enough confidence for the challenge. However, after achieving small goals again and again afterwards, our confidence has gradually increased, and the counting voice has become more bright. Sweaty, exhausted ... but no one gave up, Jin Kang’an team created 5000 life cycle record in the end. If we say that the test of “life power circle” is a test for tacit understanding and concerted effort within the team, then “a slim chance of survival” is theproval of mutual trust and support in life and death choices! One person's mistake would lead to the failure of the entire team. All team members made throughthe failure of the beginning to the final success in sweat and tears. This game touched everyone's heart. Choice is the main theme and unity is the ultimate goal of the activity. Our team has achieved success and let us applaud for ourselves! At the end of the event, Jin Kang'an’s Chairman Mr Li Luochen, and General Manager Wu Jianbin made a profound summary of this event. The special training program was successfully completed during the dinner.
