Job Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish the company's marketing plan in each region;
2. Assist the product manager in formulating a feasible marketing plan for the responsible area according to the strategic deployment of the company;
3. Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products in target hospital terminals, increase product coverage, establish good relationships with target hospital academic experts and doctors, hold department promotion conferences or product introduction meetings, deliver key product sales information and development information in treatment to doctors. Assist product managers to complete the organization and implementation of regional large-scale academic conferences;
4. Responsible for training regional sales staff, especially product knowledge, related medical knowledge, product consulting, promotion strategy, target department consultation, introduction of some market analysis tools and methods, and answers to questions, responses and feedbacks.
5. Responsible for the support of regional agents, including training of clinical representatives, and assisting product managers in organizing and evaluating. And maintain good communication with the agents, and timely feedback of frontline information and opinions;
6. Assist the product manager in the collection and feedback of related products and market information in the areas under its jurisdiction, such as: collection of new products and medical information, information and data collection and analysis of the company's products and competitive products;
7. Help investment personnel analyze the market, suggest potential hospitals, plan development and maintenance of hospitals, plan agent strategies, and commit to deepening investment promotion.
Qualifications:
1. College Graduatedor above in medicine or pharmacy-related disciplines;
2, Have strong communication and promotion capabilities;
3, Have a strong regional academic promotion, organization and implementationabilities.
4.Have medical or pharmacy related background, with the same experience as the job is preferred.
5, Hard-working, good quality, able to work under pressure, can adapt to frequency travel.
